We are searching for an Office Administrator to join our team!

Office administrators’ main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all administrative tasks of office management;
  • Ordering necessary supplies for the office and employees;
  • Maintaining office equipment such as coffee machine, water dispenser and others;
  • Organizing meeting rooms, scheduling guest attendances and planning employee trips abroad;
  • Working closely with HR and Accounting departments;
  • Maintaining incoming and outgoing correspondences;
  • Assisting Management Team with relevant inquiries;
  • Provide general support to visitors.


For this position we require our candidates to have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English in written and spoken forms, Russian considered as a plus;
  • Great time management, multitasking, problem solving skills with attention to details;
  • Experience working with Google Suite and Office 365;
  • Certificate of completed vaccination course for Covid-19;
  • Driver’s license for category B;

Previous experience of internal document maintenance, office management or similar positions will be considered an advantage. From a long-term perspective this position could be a hybrid of Office Management and Executive Assistance.

Our Office Administrator will work every business day on-site in our office located in VEF square close to shopping center Domina. Salary offer depends on candidate’s knowledge and skill adequacy for this position.
